打官司找熟人 有相当一部分当事人,在未提起诉讼前或一接到法院的应诉通知书,首先想到的就是到法院找熟人、拉关系。殊不知,这样做往往不但于事无补,而且浪费精力,浪费时间,有的甚至还会上诉讼掮客的当。
