单根与耦合微带线的分析与综合是微波集成电路(MIC)设计的基础。本文提供了它的CAD方法,并指出了以往耦合微带线综合公式及其数据表的局限性。本文应用优化的方法逼近分析的结果,大大展宽了它的适用范围,并为器件设计的实测结果所证实。文中所论的综合方法同样也适用于其他类型的传输线,如带状线、不对称耦合线等。
The analysis and synthesis of single and coupled microstrip lines is the basis of microwave integrated circuit (MIC) design. This article provides its CAD methodology and points out the limitations of previous coupled microstrip line synthesis formulas and their datasheets. This paper applies the method of optimization to approximate the result of the analysis, greatly widening its application scope and verifying the result of the measurement of the device design. The integrated approach discussed in the article also applies to other types of transmission lines, such as striplines, asymmetric coupling lines, and the like.
