目的 本研究观察实验大鼠血清纤维化三项指标与肝组织病理和纤维定量之间的确切关系,探讨其临床应用价值.方法 利用人血清蛋白免疫损伤Wistar 大鼠造成肝纤维化模型,综合分析模型组、促肝细胞生长因子治疗组和正常对照组之间血清肝纤维化指标、肝组织病理改变、肝组织胶原纤维和网状纤维病理图象定量分析等变化.结果 模型组血清肝纤维化指标(PCⅢ,HA,LN) 均高于对照组,差异有显著意义( P< 0-05 或P< 0-01) . 光镜下肝组织病理变化,肝组织胶原纤维和网状纤维病理图象定量分析模型组结果均高于对照组( P< 0-05) .结论 血清三项指标与肝组织病理和纤维定量呈现一致性改变,显示良好的正相关.
Objective This study was to observe the exact relationship between the three indexes of serum fibrosis and liver histopathology and fiber quantitation in experimental rats and to explore its clinical value. Methods Wistar rats were immunostained with human serum albumin to induce hepatic fibrosis. The serum levels of hepatic fibrosis, pathological changes of hepatic fibrosis, hepatic fibrosis and liver fibrosis in model group, hepatocyte growth factor-treated group and normal control group were analyzed. Reticular fiber pathological image quantitative analysis and other changes. Results The serum levels of PC Ⅲ, HA and LN in model group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0-05 or P <0-01). Pathological changes of liver tissue under light microscope, quantitative analysis of liver fibrosis and reticular fibrosis model group were higher than the control group (P <0-05). Conclusion The three indexes of serum show a consistent change with pathological and quantitative liver fibrosis, showing a good positive correlation.
