通过对单-渗硼、硼-氮共渗.硼-氮复合渗、硼-锆共渗和硼-土共渗等方法所得到的铁-硼金属间化合物分别进行了硬度梯度,脆性和耐磨性试验。试验证明,无论是复合渗还是共渗,其渗层性能都优于单-渗硼层,其中以硼-稀土共渗渗层的性能最佳.在本文试验条件下,与单一渗硼层相比,共渗和复合渗渗层的脆断强度提高30%~54%,相对脆性降低47%~116%,相对耐磨性提高32%~109%.
Through the single - boronizing, boron - nitrogen permeation. Boron-nitrogen composite infiltration, boron-zirconia co-infiltration and boron-earth infiltration obtained by the iron-boron intermetallic compounds were hardness gradient, brittleness and wear resistance test. Experiments show that, both the composite seepage or co-permeation, the seepage performance is better than the single - boronized layer, which boron - rare earth infiltration layer performance best. Compared with the single boronizing layer, the brittle fracture strength of the co-infiltration and the composite infiltration layer are increased by 30% -54%, the relative brittleness is reduced by 47% -116% and the relative wear resistance is increased by 32%-109 %.
