目的:研究探讨神经电生理检测在糖尿病患者周围神经病变中的临床应用价值。方法:将该院收治的糖尿病患者78例与同期实施健康体检的健康人员39例作为研究对象。糖尿病患者中共有39例糖尿病周围神经病变者,39例为常见的糖尿病。所有研究对象均采用神经电生理进行检测,比较三组研究对象NCV的变化及MCV、SCV异常和上肢、下肢NCV异常情况。结果:比较结果发现,DPN组患者的MCV低于DM组患者与健康人群(P<0.05),且常见糖尿病患者的MCV低于健康人群(P<0.05);与此同时,DPN组患者MCV、SCV异常和上肢、下肢NCV异常现象显著于另外两组研究对象,数据符合统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:神经电生理检测,在诊断糖尿病周围神经病变中具有较高的应用价值,可在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical value of electrophysiological detection in peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients. Methods: 78 cases of diabetic patients admitted to the hospital and 39 healthy people undergoing physical examination in the same period were selected as the study subjects. A total of 39 diabetic patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, 39 cases of common diabetes. All subjects were detected by electrophysiological electrophysiology, NCV changes in the three groups were compared and MCV, SCV abnormalities and abnormalities of upper extremity and lower extremity NCV. Results: The results showed that MCV in DPN group was lower than that in DM group and healthy group (P <0.05), and MCV in common diabetes group was lower than that in healthy group (P <0.05). Meanwhile, MCV, SCV abnormalities and abnormalities of upper extremity and lower extremity NCV were significantly different from those in the other two groups. The data were in good agreement with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The neuroelectrophysiological test has high value in the diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and can be widely applied in clinic.
