和谐社会是社会结构的和谐,是社会结构中诸要素都处于相互协调与均衡的状态。社会分化即社会结构的分化,发生在社会生活的各个领域,但社会经济领域内的分化是其中最重要的,往往起着决定性作用。经过20多年的改革开放,我国利益主体多元化、利益群体多样性、收入差距贫富分化等利益分化现象非常突出,成为引发社会不稳定的根源。社会利益分化是社会结构分化的根源所在,是构建和谐社会的内在根据。
A harmonious society is the harmony of the social structure, and all the elements in the social structure are in a state of mutual coordination and balance. Social differentiation, that is, the differentiation of social structures, takes place in all fields of social life. However, the differentiation within the social and economic fields is the most important one and often plays a decisive role. After more than 20 years of reform and opening up, the diversification of interests such as the diversification of interest groups, the diversity of interest groups, and the income gap between the rich and poor have become prominent and become the root causes of social instability. The differentiation of social interests is the root of social structure differentiation and the intrinsic basis for building a harmonious society.
