在广播电视台中,播音员和主持人是电视工作中最主要的信息传播者,也是电视台形象以及水平的直接体现。当前县级台还存在很多问题,尤其是播音员和主持人综合素质不高,对县级台的长远发展产生了严重影响。为了提高提高县级台播音员主持人的综合素质,促进县级台的健康发展,本文首先总结了当前县级台面临的主要问题,然后就提高综合素质的策略进行了具体分析。
In radio and television stations, broadcasters and moderators are the most important information disseminators in TV work and are also the direct embodiment of the image and level of television stations. At present, there are still many problems at the county level. In particular, the overall quality of broadcasters and moderators is not high, which has had a serious impact on the long-term development of county-level units. In order to improve the overall quality of the moderators of county-level Taiwan broadcasters and promote the healthy development of county-level stations, this paper first summarizes the major problems currently facing county-level platforms and then analyzes the strategies to improve the overall quality.
