事业单位聘用人员数量的不断增加,对事业单位相关部门的人事档案负责部门增添了工作压力。针对当前事业单位聘用人员人事档案管理的状况,进行客观分析并针对存在的问题,提出切实有效的管理措施。一、当前我国事业单位聘用人员人事档案管理的现状分析(一)事业单位聘用人员人数增加,流动加快,使人事档案工作难度加大近些年来随着事业单位不断发展,聘用人员数量也不断的增加,这对事业单位档案管理部门加大了工作的难度和管好档案的压力。对于人事档案管理影响比较大的因素是人事制度的变化,一般而言,人事制度在不同的阶段或者不同的工作地点都会发生相应的变化,这时人事档案的交接,因人事的变化以及机构的变革都比较容易出现问题。且事业单位聘用的工作人员,人员的流动性比较大,给档案管理带来很大的难度,因而必须通过社会化管理手段,来对事业单位聘用人员的档案进行管理。
