一、加强和改进企业党的建设,要树立“大党建”的观念这里所说的“大党建”,就是党的建设工作要同改革和建设紧密结合,按照党的基本路线的要求加强党的建设;就是对党的整个组织体系包括党的中央组织、地方组织和基层党组织进行全面建设;就是党的政治、思想、组织、作风、制度等各方面统筹兼顾,全面建设;就是要坚持党的建设全党抓,使党的各级组织和每一个党员都参与管党建党,而不是只靠那些党务干部抓党建,以党委部门代替党委管党。按照这个思路,企业党建工作应体现在相互联系的几个方面:其一是党组织和党员完全参加和企业生产经营扭在一起的工作或活动,这里
