教研工作是教育政策、理念同学校教育教学之间不可或缺的连接桥梁,推进了教师对新课程理念的快速接受,有助于教育改革的推行。学校教研活动开展得如何对日常教学质量有着最直接的影响,在小学语文教学中开展教研活动可以增加语文教师之间的沟通和交流,为促进小学语文学科的发展搭建了一个沟通平台。本文就如何推进小学语文的有效教研进行了一些探讨和思考。
Teaching and research work is an indispensable bridge between education policy and philosophy and school education and teaching, promoting teachers’ rapid acceptance of the new curriculum concept and facilitating the implementation of education reform. How to carry out teaching and research activities in schools has the most direct impact on the quality of daily teaching. Carrying out teaching and research activities in Chinese teaching in primary schools can increase the communication and exchange among Chinese teachers and set up a communication platform for promoting the development of Chinese subjects in primary schools. This article has carried on some discussions and reflections on how to promote the effective teaching and learning of primary school Chinese.
