残角子宫(下称残角)妊娠是罕见的,自1669年 Mauriceau & Vassal 报道以来,迄今累计病例仅约200例。国内自刘氏报道以来,笔者仅查见13例,连同作者在工作中遇见一例,共14例。本文对此14例作一复习,并结合文献作如下讨论。残角指胚胎发育过程中,一侧苗勒氏管(Müllerian duct)未能完全发育,且不与对侧融合残留所致的肌性囊腔,若受精卵在此腔内着床发育,即构成残角妊娠。因其罕见,易被忽略而延误诊断。
Rudimentary horn (hereinafter referred to as the remnant angle) of pregnancy is rare, since the 1669 Mauriceau & Vassal reports, the cumulative number of cases so far only about 200 cases.
