The effective working that economy - developing mode of east Asia countries has achieved was determined by the introdution of capital and technology, also, by the change of international situation according to the author’ s analysis. But it of ten led to a sery of problems including: imbalance of region economy development; irrational scale and structure of foreign debt; R & D capability’s decline, etc. In addition, the change of international market had a direct influence on the implement of export - oriented strategy.
