目的了解大连市居民生殖健康知识、态度、行为的现状与需求。方法抽取大连市市内4区及周边区市共计14个社区802位市民进行问卷调查。结果被调查者中,认为偶尔的性生活而不采取避孕措施的话不会怀孕的占13.1%,不知道的占27.4%;在避孕节育中,安全套使用率为71.5%,男性结扎手术采用率极低,仅为1.2%;在有过性行为的被调查者中,第一次发生性行为时采取避孕措施的占24.5%,使用过安全套的占80.4%;经常接受计划生育健康教育的占52.5%,而87.3%的被调查者希望获得生殖健康知识。结论大连市居民生殖健康知识水平不高。大连市居民实际接受的生殖健康服务情况与对生殖健康服务的期望值还有差距。有关部门要做到多方协作,加大宣传力度;培训从业人员,发挥专业人士在生殖健康服务中的作用。
Objective To understand the status quo and needs of reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior in Dalian. Methods A total of 802 residents from 14 communities in 4 districts and surrounding areas in Dalian were surveyed. Results Among respondents, 13.1% of those who did not take contraceptive measures when they think of occasional sex life and 27.4% did not know it. In conception, the rate of condom use was 71.5%, and the rate of male ligation Low, only 1.2%; Among those who have had sexual intercourse, 24.5% of them took contraception at first sexual intercourse and 80.4% used condoms; 52.5 of them regularly received health education on family planning %, While 87.3% of respondents hope to get reproductive health knowledge. Conclusion Residents of Dalian City, reproductive health knowledge level is not high. There is still a gap between the actual acceptance of reproductive health services in Dalian and the expectations of reproductive health services. Relevant departments should make concerted efforts to increase publicity efforts, train practitioners and give play to the role of professionals in reproductive health services.
