“以培养学生创新精神与实践能力为重点”,实施素质教育,是对未来社会发展走势以及未来教育改革发展方面十分准确的把握,也是教育自身发展到今天提出的必然课题。体育是全面发展教育的重要组成部分,是素质教育不可或缺的一个方面,也是实施素质教育的突破口。目前,有关体育实施素质教育的研究主要集中在素质教育与学校体育课程体系改革;学校体育与素质教育的关系;体育教学常规与素质教育;体育创新教育等方面。体育实施素质教育机制的建设将是教育实施的另一重要方面,本文通过对各方面机制的思考,为中小学体育实施素质教育提出可行性建议。
“To focus on cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability,” implementation of quality education is a very accurate grasp of future social development trends and the future of education reform and development. It is also an inevitable task for the development of education itself. Sports is an important part of all-round development education, an indispensable aspect of quality education, and a breakthrough in the implementation of quality education. At present, researches on the implementation of quality education in sports are mainly focused on the relationship between quality education and school physical education curriculum system; the relationship between school sports and quality education; sports teaching routine and quality education; sports innovation education and so on. The construction of quality education system in sports will be another important aspect of the implementation of education. Through the consideration of various aspects of the mechanism, this article puts forward feasible suggestions for the implementation of quality education in primary and secondary schools.
