国民经济各个部门的技术发展,向科学界提出了日益增长的要求,要求創制具有預定性能的新型聚合物。目前还不存在这么一种高聚物,即它具有每个应用领域所必需的一切优良性能。聚苯乙烯制品可作为电气和无线电工业上良好的介电材料,但是聚苯乙烯的分解溫度較低,并且机械强度不够高,这就大大地限制了它的应用范围。含氟塑料由于有較高的热稳定性与化学稳定性,因而被采用于有腐蝕性的介貭(浓酸、浓碱、各种溶剂)中。但是要把它加工成制品是有很大困难的,此外,这些制品受到負荷会流动。
The technological development of various sectors of the national economy has raised the ever-increasing demands on the scientific community for the creation of new polymers with predetermined properties. So far there is no such a polymer, that is, it has everything needed for every application of good performance.
