采用汽相传输技术,利用Si为衬底,在700℃制备了Cr掺杂的SiO2纳米球。CrCl2粉末不但可以作为掺杂剂,还可以通过和衬底硅反应,从而降低了SiO2纳米球的合成温度。并且通过改变载流气体中氧气的含量可以控制SiO2纳米球的尺寸和氧含量。这种采用Cl辅助合成并对纳米球尺寸、氧含量、掺杂元素含量进行控制的方法为纳米材料合成技术提供了新的手段。
Using vapor phase transport technology, using Si as a substrate, Cr doped SiO2 nanospheres were prepared at 700 ℃. CrCl2 powder can not only be used as a dopant, but also react with silicon substrate to reduce the synthesis temperature of SiO2 nanospheres. And the size and oxygen content of SiO2 nanospheres can be controlled by changing the oxygen content in the carrier gas. This method of using Cl-assisted synthesis and controlling the size of the nanospheres, the oxygen content and the doping element content provides a new method for the synthesis of nanomaterials.
