改革和创新高等工程人才培养体系,加强学生创新精神、工程意识和动手能力培养,应该构建适合这种培养体系的实践平台。基于理论和实训一体、教师素质和技师素质一体、实训基地建设校企一体、校校一体、考核和技能鉴定一体的基本思路,研究建立工程训练与科技协同创新体系。该体系体现分层次、模块化、课内向课外延伸、课外向课内反馈、面向全校学生、贯穿四年本科教学的特点,突出创新能力的培养。
Reform and innovation of higher engineering personnel training system, to enhance student creativity, engineering awareness and ability to develop, should be suitable for such a training system to build a practical platform. Based on the integration of theory and training, the quality of teachers and the quality of technicians, training base to build a school-enterprise integration, school integration, assessment and skills identification of one of the basic ideas, the establishment of engineering training and science and technology collaborative innovation system. The system embodies hierarchical, modular, in-class extension to extra-curricular, extra-curricular feedback to the class, for the entire school students, throughout the four-year undergraduate teaching characteristics, highlighting the cultivation of innovative ability.
