我段配属的东风_4型1096号机车出厂后走行275801km,1986年12月27日在赤峰机务段第一次架修落成。回段后运用到第一次定检,乘务员反映该车在第1司机室操纵列车时,感到有一种使人颤抖发麻的异常振动。在定修后的观察运用中对该车空、负载状态进行了多次调查,情况如下: 1.柴油机在空、负载状态下,转速750～900r/min时Ⅰ室均出现振动,其中以800r/min左右时振动最为严重。2.振动时,Ⅰ室司机控制器操纵杆置于保位时,其杆随振动频率前后不断摆动,操纵
