目的:观察甘草干姜汤对变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠外周血清白细胞介素(IL-2)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)表达的影响。方法:将48只大鼠随机分成4组,分别为正常组、模型组、西替利嗪组及甘草干姜汤组,后3组大鼠用卵清蛋白作为致敏原制作AR动物模型,造模成功后分别给予生理盐水、西替利嗪溶液、甘草干姜汤2~2.5mL/只灌胃4周;观察各组大鼠灌药喂养期间的行为学变化,于末次灌胃结束时取血检测血清IL-2、IL-5水平,同时取鼻黏膜观察组织学变化。结果:西替利嗪组及甘草干姜汤组行为学变化接近正常组(P>0.05);与模型组比较,西替利嗪组和甘草干姜汤组IL-2明显上调、IL-5明显下调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但同正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);大鼠鼻黏膜HE染色示,与模型组比较,西替利嗪组和甘草干姜汤组大鼠鼻黏膜组织结构逐渐修复,嗜酸性粒细胞明显减少。结论:甘草干姜汤可能通过调节IL-2及IL-5水平,从而改善AR大鼠的症状、减轻鼻黏膜炎症损伤。
Objective: To observe the effects of Gancao Ganjiang Decoction on the expression of interleukin (IL) -2 and interleukin-5 (IL-5) in peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis (AR) rats. Methods: Forty-eight rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal group, model group, cetirizine group and licorice dry ginger decoction group, the latter 3 rats were used to make AR animal model with ovalbumin as allergen, After the success of modeling were given saline, cetirizine solution, licorice dry ginger 2 ~ 2.5mL / only gavage for 4 weeks; observe the changes of behavioral changes during the feeding of rats in each group, at the end of the last gavage Blood samples were collected to detect serum IL-2 and IL-5 levels and nasal mucosa histological changes were observed. Results: The changes of behavior in cetirizine group and licorice dry ginger group were similar to those in normal group (P> 0.05). Compared with model group, IL-2 and IL-2 in cetirizine group and licorice dry ginger group were significantly increased (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference compared with the normal group (P> 0.05). HE staining of the nasal mucosa showed that compared with the model group, the cetirizine group and The licorice dry ginger group rats nasal mucosa gradually repair the structure, eosinophils decreased significantly. Conclusion: Licorice Ginger Decoction may improve the symptoms of AR rats and relieve the inflammatory damage of nasal mucosa by regulating the levels of IL-2 and IL-5.
