随着城市的不断扩张以及农村经济的迅速发展,城乡结合部位的住宅建设成为一个新的热点。丰台区南宫村住宅小区做为北京市郊县的一个住宅小区,在地理位置上恰是具有城乡结合部的特点,如何建设成为既具有新农村的特点,又与城市生活接轨的小区便成为本方案设计组的重要课题。 一、小区概况 丰台区南宫村位于北京市西南部,北靠市区,与京石高速公路紧邻,交通十分方便。村城占地约4平方公里,有三个自然村,人口约3000人(800户)。1995年全村实现工农业总产值11600万元,是京南发展势头较好的村庄之一。
