小江公社地处信丰县南端,与龙南,定南交界,为半山区。有15个大队,人口24,700余人,以种水稻为主。农民占98％。1974年由一患者分离出钩端螺旋体(简称钩体),第一次从病原学证实以来,每年均有病例发生。1977年7—9月发生一次较大流行,发病人数624例,发病率2.5％。以西江大队发病率最高(8.9％),排高大队发病率最低(0.3％)。8月份发病550例占88.1％。发病年龄以青少年为主,20岁以下占65％。现将病原学调查结果报告如下。
Small river commune is located in the southern tip of Xinfeng County, and Longnan, Dingnan junction, Mid-levels. There are 15 brigades and a population of 24,700 people, mainly rice. Farmers accounted for 98%. Leptospira was isolated from a patient in 1974, the first time since etiology confirmed that cases occurred each year. A major epidemic took place in July-September 1977, with a reported incidence of 624 cases, with a prevalence of 2.5%. The highest incidence of Xijiang brigade (8.9%), the lowest rate of high-rank brigade (0.3%). In August, 550 cases accounted for 88.1%. The age of onset is mainly for adolescents, accounting for 65% under the age of 20. The etiology survey results are reported below.
