【案例】记得那是新学期开始不久的一次查班,走进小五班时眼前的情景使我倍感温馨。段老师怀里抱着一个小宝贝坐在前面,其他小朋友们随意而有序地围坐在周围。段老师好像正在和孩子们说着什么,大家神情愉悦,听得很专注,很长时间没有注意到我。这是小五班的一次班评活动,段老师介绍说每天要轮流请一到两名小宝贝到前面来,就像这样让老师抱着和大家“聊天”。今天聊的是情绪问题,在老师的引导下说说自己“高兴”还
