套管居中是提高固井质量的必要前提和重要条件。本文从力学观点分析了套管扶正器在固井条件下的受力状况,提出扶正器承受各种力的计算方法,推导了不同条件下确定扶正器最优间距的公式。根据扶正器所受的侧向合力预测水泥环的最小厚度和套管偏心度。扶正器的实际受力是否完全符合本文的分析,有待实践验证。
Central casing is necessary to improve the quality of cementing the necessary conditions and important conditions. This paper analyzes the stress of casing centralizer under cementing conditions from mechanics point of view, puts forward the calculation method of centralizer to withstand various forces, and deduces the formula to determine the optimum spacing of centralizer under different conditions. Predict the minimum thickness of cement sheath and casing eccentricity according to the resultant lateral force of centralizer. Whether the actual force of centralizer exactly complies with the analysis of this article needs to be verified by practice.
