JZQ系列减速机原为苏联40年代PM系列。国外早已淘汰,而国内仍大量使用。为了提高其寿命和承载能力,将原渐开线齿形改为圆弧齿形是有效措施之一。大连起重机厂等单位曾改用过单圆弧齿形,而双圆弧齿形比单圆弧具有更多的优点,但是计算较复杂。为此设计通用程序,适用于全部JZQ系列改为双圆弧齿形的几何计算,其中也采用一点简单的优化设计。此程序已经DJS—8电子计算机运算,并且某些计算结果已用于生产实践。
JZQ series reducer was originally the Soviet Union 40 years PM series. Already out of foreign countries, while the domestic is still heavily used. In order to improve its life and carrying capacity, the original involute tooth into arc profile is one of the effective measures. Dalian Crane Factory and other units have used a single arc tooth profile, and double arc profile than the single arc has more advantages, but the calculation is more complicated. For this purpose, a generic program is designed for the geometric calculation of all JZQ series to double arc tooth profile, with a simpler optimization design. This program has been run on DJS-8 computers and some of the calculations have been used in production practice.
