有害生物信息系统作为风险分析的重要工具之一,越来越受到各国政府和学界重视,特别是一些发达国家及地区都已建立了相关信息系统。及时、准确了解和掌握主要贸易国家及地区有害生物信息状况对于保护我国国门安全,维护全球生态文明与进步,促进国际贸易健康发展具有重要意义。本文对美国、澳大利亚、欧盟等国家和国际组织的相关信息系统进行介绍,以借鉴一些先进经验,不断探索和完善我国信息系统的建设。
As one of the important tools of risk analysis, Pest Information System (GIS) has drawn more and more attention from governments and academic circles. In particular, some developed countries and regions have established relevant information systems. The timely and accurate understanding and grasping of the pest information status in major trading countries and regions is of great significance for protecting the security of our country, safeguarding global ecological civilization and progress, and promoting the healthy development of international trade. This article introduces relevant information systems of the United States, Australia, the European Union and other countries and international organizations to learn from some advanced experiences and constantly explore and improve the construction of China’s information system.
