目的;为了探讨角朊细胞在体内是否表达bFGF、ET-1。方法:采用了免疫组织化学的方法检测了正常皮肤用朊细胞及皮肤中其它细胞bFGF、ET-1表达情况。结果:体内角朊细胞及皮肤中一些其它细胞均有bFGF、ET-1表达。结论:体内角朊细胞可能通过bFGF、ET-1等因子影响黑素细胞的生长分化。
Purpose To investigate whether keratinocytes express bFGF and ET-1 in vivo. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of bFGF and ET-1 in normal skin prion cells and other cells in the skin. Results: There were bFGF and ET-1 expression in keratinocytes and some other cells in the skin. Conclusion: Keratinocytes in vivo may affect the growth and differentiation of melanocytes through factors such as bFGF and ET-1.
