本文通过对40所县级医院的调查,分析了基层卫生技术人员在职培训的现状:1.培训人次减少;2.培训层次偏高;3.培训期限缩短;4.智力投资减少。并对在职培训中存在的问题(如经费紧张、人员短缺、缺乏管理等)从不同角度加以剖析,提出了对策和建议,可为制定和完善卫生技术人员的在职培训制度提供参考依据,使对卫生技术人员的在职培训逐步走向制度化、规范化、科学化。
This article through the survey of 40 county-level hospitals, analyzes the status quo of grass-roots health technicians on-the-job training: 1. The reduction of training times; 2. The training level is high; 3. The training period is shortened; 4. The intellectual investment is reduced. The problems existing in on-the-job training (such as tight funding, shortage of personnel, lack of management, etc.) were analyzed from different angles, and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the development and improvement of the on-the-job training system for health technicians. The on-the-job training of health technicians is gradually becoming institutionalized, standardized, and scientific.
