目前普遍投放的“邱氏灭鼠药”是根据河北邱满囤先生的配方配制而成,主要由诱鼠剂和毒鼠强组成。其中诱鼠剂无毒,故“邱氏灭鼠药”中毒即毒鼠强中毒。毒鼠强原是50年代灭鼠剂,因剧毒而未推广应用,有关中毒后的救治,毒理研究资料极少。在灭鼠过程中,人畜中毒时有发生,尤以儿童误食为多,现将我院于1991年收治的14例患者情况
