阻抗血流图的简便易行、无创伤性及重复性能好等优点,是高原医学现场研究不可多得的实验仪器和方法。作者结合急性高原病易感人群予测的筛选,试探性选用肺阻抗血流图一阶微分波进行现场研究和观察,发现肺阻抗血流图一阶微分波侧得的RVET、RPEP/RVET、RHI、RSV等参数都有良好的急性高原病易感人群的予测价值。当RVET<0.29sec、RPEP/RVET>0.4、RHI<9、RSV<30ml/b,从纯医学观察观点推测,急进高海拔>5000m地区,符合以上四项参数改变的人群,有可能发生急性高原病或重症高原反应。
