提出了一套用双线性模型预测旱涝序列的简便方案。实例的计算结果说明了该方案的实用性和通用性 ,在各种自然灾害序列预测中具有重要的理论意义和广泛的应用价值。
A set of simple and convenient scheme of predicting drought and flood sequence with bilinear model is proposed. The calculation results of the examples show the practicability and universality of the scheme and have important theoretical significance and extensive application value in predicting natural disasters.
