麻痹性斜视临床上多见,因斜视、斜颈、复视给患者带来严重痛苦,而到处求医。目前因外伤造成的眼肌麻痹日益增多,都在寻求好的治疗方法,早日解除痛苦。眼肌麻痹除一部分保守治疗治愈外,绝大部分靠手术调整眼肌间的力量,达到眼肌间平衡、协调运动。过去的眼直肌移植术都是切断肌腱的术式,而新的眼肌滑动移植术,利用不切断肌腱的术式,优于切断肌腱的手术方法。我科从1989年12月开展了新的眼肌滑动移植
