“Ω”形轴向槽道热管的启动特性

建立了“Ω”形轴向槽道热管瞬态传热的理论模型并进行了数值求解,研究了该型热管的启动特性。研究结果表明,热管蒸发段、绝热段以及冷凝段的壁面温度在启动过程中能够实现协调一致的动态响应。热管启动后,蒸发段前端毛细半径首先急剧减小,热管壁温近似线性急剧增加,随时间的推进,两者变化速度皆逐渐减缓直至稳定状态。并且,热负荷大小对热管由初始启动状态达到稳定状态所需时间影响较小。 The theoretical model of transient heat transfer of “Ω” shaped axial heat pipe was established and numerically solved. The startup characteristics of this heat pipe were studied. The results show that the heat pipe evaporation section, adiabatic section and the condensing section of the wall surface temperature during start-up process to achieve a coordinated dynamic response. After the heat pipe was started, the capillary radius at the front of the evaporating section decreased sharply at first and the linear temperature of the heat pipe increased sharply linearly. With the passage of time, the change speed of both of them gradually slowed down until the steady state. Moreover, the magnitude of heat load has little effect on the time required for the heat pipe to reach a steady state from the initial startup state.
