科学技术成果是指自然科学范围内的某一科学技术研究项目,经过实验研究,设计试制或调查、考察,分析论证后,得到具有实用价值或学术意义的结果。它包括发现、发明、技术进步和技术改进等内容。这些研究的结果统属科学技术成果(以下简称科技成果)。科技成果是国家的财富,它作为潜在的生产力,一旦应用于生产,就能使生产出现新的飞跃,创造出巨大的物质财富。
