泌尿科或妇产科等手术时,留置导尿管是必做的术前准备。目前多采用老式导尿管,按常规操作,胶布固定,在手术过程中经常由消毒液或其他液体的浸渍,胶布固定不牢,导尿管脱落,需要重新放置,这就出现了如下问题:(1)术中患者的体位是不能变动的,设置起来极不方便,造成放置不准,不能排尿,手术困难。(2)术后反复插导尿管,易造成尿道感染,现虽然已经有男用浮力式导尿管,为双腔气囊式结构,解决了导尿管脱落的问题,但却不能阻止导尿管向体内的游动,需胶布固定,同样存在上述问题。
