隐性乳腺癌 (occultbreastcancer)是指临床上触不到原发乳腺病变 ,而以腋窝肿块为首发症状的乳腺癌。我院自 1990年1月至 2 0 0 4年 7月共收治隐性乳腺癌 7例。现报告如下。本组 7例 ,均为女性 ,年龄 39～ 6 8岁 ,平均 5 2 .7岁。均以腋窝肿块为首发症状就诊。其中伴疼痛性肿块
