液压装置是重要的机械噪声源之一。六十年代初,各先进工业国都相继开展了降低液压噪声的研究,取得不少成果,“安静”的液压元件和装置已开始出现。在我国,液压噪声问题也已开始为人们所注意。一、液压系统噪声特性机械噪声就其物理本质来讲是一种机械(振动)波。这种波随着产生和传播过程的媒质的不同而分别有流体噪声FBN(Fluid Borne Noise)、结构噪声SBN(structrue Borne Noise)(或称固体噪声)和空气噪声ABN(Air Borne Noise)之称。而后者为前两者向空气中扩散的结果。和空气噪声一样,流体噪声与结构噪声一般也都用dB值来表示。因此FBN和SBN亦可分别理解为用dB值表示的液体的压力波动和固体的结构振动的
