中国科技情报学会成立10周年表彰会暨学术年会于1988年12月10—15日在河南开封举行。参加会议的代表共88人。会议听取了中顾委委员、中国科学院学部委员武衡同志的讲话。武衡在讲话中回顾了我国科技情报事业的发展历程和取得的成绩,分析了我国科技情报工作落后的原因,并就我国今后科技情报工作的开展提了三点建议:1.各级领导部门要加强对情报工作的领导;2.用现代化手段把情报工作抓起来,在情报工作上要舍得花钱;3.深化改革、探索多种形式的情报服务途径,促进技术转让。
The 10th Anniversary Commending Society and Academic Annual Meeting of the China Society for Scientific and Technological Intelligence was held on December 10-15, 1988 in Kaifeng, Henan. A total of 88 delegates attended the meeting. The meeting heard the speech of Comrade Wu Heng, member of the Central Advisory Commission and member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In his speech, Wu Heng reviewed the development history and achievements of China’s science and technology intelligence undertaking, analyzed the reasons for the backwardness of science and technology intelligence work in our country, and made three suggestions on the future development of science and technology intelligence work in our country: 1. The leading departments at all levels To strengthen the leadership of the intelligence work; 2. To use modern means of intelligence work arrested, intelligence work to be willing to spend money; 3. Deepen reform, explore various forms of intelligence services to promote technology transfer.
