以计算机为核心的现代信息技术,正如水银泻地般的态势,迅速影响着这个国际大都市里每一个人的生活与工作; 市民都已清楚地认识到,21世纪的新文盲将是缺乏现代信息技术应用能力的人,而不再仅仅是不会识字断句的人没有教育信息化,就没有城市现代化,政府在宏观地思考着这一关系城市发展大局的命题时代的发展,政府与社会形成的合力,迫使上海教育大胆而努力地思考着、实践着,大力推进着教育信息化的进程。于是,不必等到2005年,甚至不必等到2003年,上海市的“校校通”工程就将全面开通了。作为推进教育信息化工程的重要举措,此番开通涉及范围之广、影响人口之众、引起的变化之大,将在上海教育史上留下浓墨重彩之笔。如何才能“校校通”? 怎样才是真正的“校校通”? “校校通”为何而通? 变革就是探索,前进伴随着思考,上海教育交出了一份出色的答卷,上海教育还将描绘出更加美好的明天。
