知识经济的快速发展,不仅指科学技术的发展,同时也伴随着与之相适应的法律体系的高度完善。知识产权法律制度是社会生产力发展,是科学技术发展的必然结果。同时,它又是知识经济时代将智力资源作为第一要素进行资源配置的法律基础。笔者将对知识经济背景下的知识产权法律制度重要意义、现阶段存在的问题,以及对策措施进行探讨和分析。
The rapid development of knowledge-based economy not only refers to the development of science and technology, but also accompanied by a highly sophisticated legal system. The legal system of intellectual property is the development of social productive forces and an inevitable result of the development of science and technology. At the same time, it is also the legal basis for resource allocation of intellectual resources as the first element in the era of knowledge economy.
