猝死的原因很多,其中以心脏性猝死最为多见。据文献报道,美国每年约有30万人死于心脏性猝死。但近年来冠心病的发病率有明显增加,推测心脏性猝死的发生率必然也有所增加。国内一组685例尸检中猝死72例,其中因心血管病猝死者51例,占71％,而冠心病引起者36例,占60％,可见心脏性猝死在猝死中的地位。
