1 引言一氧化氮(NO)是具有许多重要生理功能的自由基.通常组织中NO含量很低且不稳定.目前一般都是通过检测 NO的代谢物(NOt或 NOt)间接地反映组织中 NO含量.以往在进行水和废水中 NOt的检测时,通常采用蒂乙二胺或a-素胺分光光度法.
1 Introduction Nitric oxide (NO) is a free radical with many important physiological functions. NO levels in tissues are usually very low and unstable. At present, the NO content in tissues is indirectly reflected indirectly by detecting NO metabolites (NOt or NOt).
