本文报告2,5-二硝基苯酚试剂与88种离子的反应.在0.21N氢氧化钠介质中,于88种离子中,试剂仅与Fe~(2+)Sn~(2+)、Mn~(2+)、及S~(2-)作用呈现血红色.作者对试剂与亚铁离子定性反应的条件进行了试验.用连续稀释法测得亚铁离子的检出限为1μg/ml,稀度限为1:1×10~6并试验了33种阳离子和20种阴离子与亚铁离子的界限比.本法曾用于各类水、化工原料及化学试剂、药品和食品中微量铁的检出.所述方法选择性很高,试剂稳定又易得,产物色泽稳定,结果可靠及操作简便快速,优点较多.
In this paper, the reaction of 2,5-dinitrophenol reagent with 88 kinds of ions was reported. Among 88 ions in 0.21N sodium hydroxide solution, the reagent only reacted with Fe 2+ (2+), Mn ~ (2+) and S ~ (2-) showed red blood.The authors tested the conditions for the qualitative reaction of reagents with ferrous ions.The detection limit of ferrous ions was 1μg / ml , The lean limit of 1: 1 × 10 ~ 6 and tested 33 kinds of cations and 20 kinds of anions and ferrous ions than the limits of this method has been used in all kinds of water, chemical raw materials and chemical reagents, pharmaceuticals and food trace The method has high selectivity, stable and easy reagent, stable product color, reliable result, simple and quick operation and more advantages.
