气膜冷却技术是高性能燃气涡轮设计的关键.本文研究并建立了涡轮叶片气膜冷却结构的半反设计优化方法.此方法以叶片的一维传热模型为基础,通过约束叶片的气膜冷却效率分布实现对叶片温度分布的半反设计;提出了基于三维CFD计算结果建立半反设计优化数学模型的方法,并采用组合优化问题遗传算法寻优得到满足设计约束且冷气量最小的气膜冷却布置方案.研究表明,气膜冷却半反设计优化方法能够设计叶片气膜布置方案并得到必要的冷气量,同时具有较高的设计效率.“,”Film cooling technology is crucial to the design of advanced gas turbines.In this study a semi-inverse design optimization method of film cooling on turbine vanes is developed.In this method, inverse-design of metal temperature is carried out using the constraint of film cooling effectiveness based on a 1-D heat transfer model.The numerical model of semi-inverse design is constructed by a group of CFD runs, and then solved by a combinatorial genetic algorithm, which can find the optimal film cooling arrangement with minimal coolant amount while ensuring sufficient cooling effects.It is demonstrated that the semi-inverse design optimization method can effectively provide the optimal film cooling design as well as the necessary coolant amount with a favorable design efficiency.
