1984~1986年对贵州东部地区各类低产田的酶系统特征、土壤酶活性的高低及其与土壤性质的关系进行了研究。结果表明:由于低产田类型不同,酶类型之间的组合及酶系统特征不同;低产稻田土壤的酶活性比经过改良的田块和高肥力田块低;不同土壤性态与各类型酶活性之间呈极显著或显著相关。因而酶活性反映了土壤的综合性态,反映了农作物对土壤环境的适应性,是土壤营养元素供应速率的体现。
