小学班主任的最高工作目标就是建立一个优秀的班集体,无论是在教学还是班级管理期间,都要为学生营造一个学风优良、积极向上的学习环境。实践证明,班主任要善于运用不同的教学方法和技巧来增进彼此之间的了解,工作发展的质量直接影响到学生的学习效率,无论在学习还是生活方面,都要对学生的各方面进行管理。在小学阶段,学生的依赖性较强,正确的班级管理能够提升教学质量。教师应该尊重学生进行有效的个性教学,如果教师严加管理约束学生,只会加大班级的管理难度。
The primary goal of primary school teacher is to establish a good class collective, both in teaching and class management period, must be for students to create a good style of study, positive and progressive learning environment. Practice has proved that the class teacher should be good at using different teaching methods and techniques to enhance mutual understanding, the quality of work development directly affects the learning efficiency of students, both in the study and life, to manage all aspects of the students. In elementary school, students are more dependent and correct class management can improve teaching quality. Teachers should respect students’ effective teaching of personality. If teachers strictly control students, they will only increase the difficulty of class management.
