采用反相高效波相色谱法(RHPLC)对脱氢法重烷基苯及氧化法重烷基苯进行了分离和测定,操索了移动相的组成、固定相和柱温选择以及影响重烷基苯中各组份保留值的因素,选择了最佳分离条件。并结合柱色谱分离制备和测定质谱鉴定,确定了两种重烷基苯的组成成份及含量。
Reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RHPLC) was used to separate and determine the heavy alkylbenzene and oxidized heavy alkylbenzene. The mobile phase composition, the choice of stationary phase and column temperature, Base on the retention of each component of the factors, choose the best separation conditions. And combined with column chromatography to prepare and determine the mass spectrometry identification identified two heavy alkyl benzene composition and content.
