用电化学方法研究了碳纤维微电极的表面性质,阐述了电化学预处理提高测定灵敏度的原因。碳纤维电极与玻碳电极表面有相似的结构。■—C—OH基团的比率决定了响应的电流密度。讨论了碳纤维电极对pH响应根源及其应用。用Nafion修饰的碳纤维电极消除了维生素C对多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素和肾上腺素测定的干扰。这三种神经递质类物质在碳纤维电极上均有吸附性。
The surface properties of carbon fiber microelectrodes were studied electrochemically, and the reasons why electrochemical pretreatment increased the sensitivity were discussed. Carbon fiber electrode and glassy carbon electrode surface has a similar structure. The ratio of -C-OH groups determines the current density of the response. The origin of pH response of carbon fiber electrode and its application are discussed. Carbon fiber electrodes modified with Nafion eliminate the interference of vitamin C in dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine assays. The three neurotransmitters are adsorbed on carbon fiber electrodes.
