目的对8株鼠疫耶尔森菌全基因组间编码序列进行比对,寻找鼠疫菌中最普遍存在的编码序列,建立“默认编码序列”数据库。方法应用Blast软件、Perl编程及Excel软件等,对8株已测序全基因组编码序列进行比对和统计。结果建立了“默认编码序列”数据库,共有4271个编码序列。其中8株鼠疫菌核苷酸(氨基酸)完全一致的编码序列为1176个;对应的编码序列只存在1种“默认编码序列”的是2465个;存在2种“默认编码序列”的是630个。结论 “默认编码序列”数据库是鼠疫菌中最普遍存在的编码序列集合,为进一步深入研究鼠疫菌的遗传特征提供了可靠信息。
Objective To compare the coding sequences of eight strains of Yersinia pestis and find the most common coding sequence in Yersinia pestis and establish the database of “default coding sequence”. Methods Blast software, Perl programming and Excel software were used to compare and count eight sequenced complete genome coding sequences. The results established the “default coding sequence” database, a total of 4271 coding sequences. Among them, there were 1176 coding sequences of 8 strains of Yersinia pestis identical with amino acids, 2465 correspondingly with only 1 type of “default coding sequence”, 2 kinds of “default coding sequence” It is 630. Conclusion The “default coding sequence” database is the most commonly found coding sequence in Y. pestis and provides reliable information for further study on the genetic characteristics of Y. pestis.
