詹国彬,1977年出生于江西婺源,农工民主党党员。现为宁波大学公共管理系副主任,主要负责MPA教育中心的教学管理工作,兼任浙江省公共管理学会副秘书长、宁波大学决策科学研究所副所长以及中国农工民主党宁波市委会法工委副主任。在人生历程上,詹国彬走过了一条自强不息、在逆境中成长的成才之路。他初中毕业成绩优秀,然因家庭条件缘故放弃了高中,选择就读中专,1996年中专毕业后他担任小学教师,之后凭借不懈的努力经自学考试获得专科与本科学历,最后获得厦门大学管理学硕士学位(2004)和上海交通大学管理学博士学位(2010)。
Zhan Guobin, born in 1977 in Wuyuan, Jiangxi Province, Peasant Democratic Party members. Now he is the Deputy Director of Public Management Department of Ningbo University and is mainly responsible for the teaching management of MPA Education Center. He is also the Deputy Secretary General of Zhejiang Public Management Institute, the Deputy Director of Decision Science Research Institute of Ningbo University and the Deputy of Law Worker Committee of China Nongovernmental Democratic Party Ningbo Municipal Committee director. In the course of his life, Zhan Guobin walked a road of self-improvement and growth in adversity. He graduated from junior high school, but because of family conditions to give up high school, choose to attend secondary school, graduated from secondary school in 1996 after he served as a primary school teacher, after relentless efforts by self-examination to obtain specialist and bachelor’s degree, and finally received Xiamen University Management Master degree (2004) and Ph.D. in Management from Shanghai Jiaotong University (2010).
