近年来,由于中枢神经系统和心血管等系统的药物和农药的迅猛发展,以及近代临床药理和毒理学的日趋需要,迫使沿用陈旧和简易的毒物分析技术不得不加以改革。鉴于新的分析技术和设备不断涌现,使得毒物分析水平大为提高,不但在灵敏度、专一性和快速测试方面,而且对未知物的分析,既可达到定性鉴别又可定量测定,从而使毒物分析的内容和范围得到更新和扩充。本文拟就气相-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术的原理及其在毒物分析上的应用作一概述。
In recent years, due to the rapid development of drugs and pesticides in the central nervous system and cardiovascular system, as well as the increasing need for modern clinical pharmacology and toxicology, the use of obsolete and simple toxicological analysis techniques has been forced to be reformed. With the advent of new analytical techniques and equipment, the level of analysis of toxicology has been greatly enhanced, not only in terms of sensitivity, specificity, and rapid testing, but also in the analysis of unknowns, both qualitatively and quantitatively, The content and scope of the analysis are updated and expanded. This article is intended to summarize the principle of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) technology and its application in toxicological analysis.
